- Which outside agencies — including federal — can see or query Crossville’s data, and what written guarantees exist after Flock changed its story on federal access?
- Is Crossville enrolled in Flock’s National Lookup Tool? Which out-of-state or federal agencies can request or search local plate reads?
- Is FreeForm (natural-language / clothing / people-description search) enabled — and if so, who can run it and how is it audited?
- Has council reviewed U.S. Patent US11416545B1 (people-classification / face-recognition embodiments in the specification) against Flock’s public “no facial recognition / no race-gender” marketing — and will the city publish which features are enabled?
- Does Crossville’s live Flock contract include a vendor “upgrades to platform” clause (other cities’ public agreements let Flock push upgrades in its sole discretion)? Who is notified if people-search or demographic features change?
- Are Investigations Manager / Multi-State Insights / convoy or multi-location “suspicious activity” tools enabled (ACLU analysis)?
- Has Crossville received any notice of the Dec. 2025 open Condor livestream exposure, the 51 cybersecurity findings / related CVEs, or overseas annotation of U.S. imagery — and what models/security terms are in the live contract?
- Will Crossville publish retention settings under TCA § 55-10-302? A map and monthly reports help — they are not a substitute for removing the cameras.
