When to vote
City of Crossville municipal election is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026. Early voting is Oct. 14 through Oct. 29. Cumberland County Commission, County Mayor, and Sheriff were on the Aug. 6 county general. Those races are over. The people who won still owe a public ALPR answer.

Aug. 6 already happened
Commission winners come from the Aug. 6 Election Summary Report . They cannot cancel Crossville’s city cameras. They can still ban county ALPRs. Roster and meetings: Cumberland page.
Ask in writing
The same question for everyone
Ask at forums, on campaign pages, at the door, and in letters the paper will print. Sitting officials with a published inbox can be emailed. Challengers on the 3B list did not publish campaign emails there. Do not use a city form as if they already hold the seat.
City Council candidates
Cancel and remove. No vendor swap. If they will not cancel, a recorded yearly vote plus a map and monthly search reports.
Will you vote to cancel Crossville’s Flock contract, remove the cameras, and refuse any plate-reader replacement (Flock, Axon, or otherwise)? If you will not cancel, will you require a recorded public yes-or-no vote each year before any renewal, plus a public camera map and monthly search reports (who searched, what, why, hits, and sharing)? Please put that answer on the record.
County Mayor, Sheriff, Commission
This site has not found a county Flock or ALPR contract. Ask them to ban those tools before a pitch lands.
Will you vote to ban county purchase, lease, funding, or operation of Flock, Axon, or any other automated license-plate reader or similar AI mass-surveillance tool? Confirm in writing whether the county or Sheriff already has any such agreement. Please put that answer on the record.

One 2022 vote is already on the minutes
On December 13, 2022, City Council minutes record a 4–0 consent vote (Shanks, Gernt, Crawford, Turner) that included the Flock purchase. That was a bundled consent agenda, not a 2026 campaign quote. It is not scored as a yes or no in the table above. Turner is the only person from that roll call on the Nov. 3 ballot.

3B Media published the Election Commission qualifying list on Aug. 20. That story lists names. It does not quote a Flock position. Kristopher Cole is on both races; he is one row on the scorecard.

County Mayor, Sheriff, and Commission
County voters already picked these offices. The scorecard still asks each of them for a recorded ban on county ALPRs and similar AI tools. County Commission cannot cancel Crossville’s city contract. Contacts and district lookup: Cumberland page.
The Aug. 6 summary lists Tom Isham and write-in totals for the 2nd District’s two-seat race. This site has not confirmed a second certified winner, so that seat is not a named row here.
