Crossville PD Flock lookups
This is a volume and pattern audit of Crossville PD Flock use, July 2023 through August 2026, from the audit logs the city released under the Tennessee Public Records Act. Search by tokenized officer ID, date, row ID, or SHA-256 hash. Five of 37 officers ran half of the 10,645 lookups; Officer-21 ran about ten times as many as a typical officer. That is a volume pattern, not a charge of misuse. Reasons are the original officer-typed text, including their spelling. Case numbers, plates, and other identifiers are replaced with [redacted]. Ordinary-crime reasons such as theft, warrants, and narcotics are still in the table. We collapsed the most sensitive officer-typed case labels so this page cannot be used as a victim or investigation index. Those rows are marked [redacted] and show month and year only, not the day.

Our issue is mass surveillance, not the police. Out of respect, we redact officers’ names. They appear here only as tokens such as Officer-1. We also stripped plates and other identifiers so this log is not a list of who got searched. CrossvillePrivacy.org did those redactions. The city and the department did not. The files they produced under TPRA still had that information in them.
Each public row has a number (1–10,645) and a SHA-256 hash of the original unredacted row. Rows 1–10,415 follow the city’s first PDF order; rows 10,416–10,645 append the July 28–August 31, 2026 follow-up production. Case # is Yes, No, or Unknown. Unknown means the city’s export did not make it clear whether a case number was present.
